About
An embodied movement evening centered on guided opening movement, an Ecstatic Dance journey, and a closing sound bath and community circle. Gabriel Francisco leads the featured dance experience and his “DANCE IS LIFE” workshop, bringing a fiery, high-energy style. The program also includes an opening circle, handpan and guitar sound bath, a healing lounge with holistic body and energy work, and a cacao and tea lounge for connection and nourishment. Attendees can expect a shoes-off, substance-free dance floor designed for open-hearted movement and community connection.
