About
A chamber concert by the Valencia Baryton Project, featuring Matthew Baker on baryton, Brett Walfish on viola, and Ismar Gomes on cello. The program highlights the baryton, a rare 18th-century instrument once called the “King of instruments,” and includes works by Joseph Haydn alongside three pieces written specifically for the ensemble. Attendees can expect a varied classical program that blends historical repertoire with newer compositions written for this distinctive trio.
