Warwick’s presents a book launch with historian Matt O’Hara, who will discuss and sign his new book, The Flying Death: Poison, Plunder, and the Quest for a Miracle Medicine in the Amazon. O’Hara is a professor of history at the University of California, Santa Cruz and the author of several scholarly works on colonial Mexico and politics in Mexico. Attendees can expect a talk followed by a signing; only books purchased from Warwick’s will be signed.
