A women-centered movement experience designed to help attendees get out of their heads and into their bodies. The evening begins with a heart-opening cacao ritual to ground and connect, then shifts into guided free movement with a high-energy mix of hip hop, pop, EDM, funk, and femme anthems. Somatic prompts and open space encourage participants to move in whatever way feels good, with no choreography, no expectations, and no judgment. The experience closes with journaling and a circle for reflection and integration.
