A guided seasonal wellness workshop centered on cacao, reflection, and restorative practice. The experience begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony designed to help participants soften, listen inward, and reconnect with their own wisdom. Attendees will explore the energetic meaning of the Fall Equinox through journal prompts, somatics, breathwork, connection, and guided reflection, then settle into a deeply restorative sound healing meditation supported by vibrational frequencies and stillness. The session is framed as a space to clear stagnant energy and integrate what has been built over the spring and summer.
